What we collect

This site is operated by Red Clay AI, Inc. CamberCRM is a product of Red Clay AI, Inc.

If you submit the design partner form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, segment, team size, the tools you use today, and whatever you tell us about what is not working. We also record the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.

We also collect activity data about your visit through cookies and an advertising pixel. The section on cookies and advertising below sets out exactly what that is.

Why we collect it

To evaluate design partner applications and to talk to you about CamberCRM. That is the purpose of the form. We do not sell or rent what you submit through it, and we do not hand it to third parties for their own marketing. Advertising measurement is a separate thing, and it is described below.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as we are running the design partner program and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.

Advertising cookies set by the pixel described below expire within 90 days of your last visit, or sooner if you clear them.

Cookies and advertising

Two different things run on this site.

Aggregate analytics. We count page views and referrers so we know which pages people read. This produces totals rather than profiles of individuals.

The Meta advertising pixel. We run paid advertising tests on Facebook and Instagram, and we load the Meta Pixel to measure them. It is an advertising tracker. It sets cookies in your browser, records which pages you view here, and sends that activity to Meta Platforms, Inc. along with your IP address and browser details. Meta can match that activity to your Facebook or Instagram account, use it to show you our ads, and use it in its own advertising profiles. Meta is an independent controller of what it receives and handles it under its own terms.

We use the pixel to find out which of our ad messages earns attention. If we start using it for more than that, we will change this page first.

Whether the pixel loads at all depends on where you are and what you have chosen. The next section explains it.

Your choices about tracking

If you are in the EU, the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, nothing advertising-related loads until you say yes. You will see a banner on your first visit. The pixel stays off unless you accept it, and declining costs you nothing on this site.

Everywhere else, the pixel loads by default. You can turn it off at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal, so if your browser sends one we treat it as an instruction to keep the pixel off.

You can change your mind at any point from that same footer link. You can also manage what Meta does with ad data in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser.

Service providers

We use hosting and database providers to run this site and store form submissions. They process the data on our instructions only. Meta Platforms, Inc. is not in that category. It receives the pixel activity described above and uses it for its own purposes as well as ours.

Your rights over your data

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@cambercrm.com and we will handle it.

If you are in the EU or the UK, our legal basis for handling your application is our legitimate interest in evaluating it and replying to you. Our legal basis for advertising cookies is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Changes

CamberCRM is pre-launch, so this policy will be expanded before the product is generally available. We will update the date above when it changes.
